After a lazy day sunbathing at the beach, my stomach told me it was time for a late afternoon lunch. I opted for Besito, my favorite local place for outdoor seating and icy-cold frozen Margaritas. (How can you go wrong?!)

Today my menu selection was crispy shrimp tacos called Taquitos de Camarones.  My delicious trio consisted of 3 crispy shrimp soft tacos, topped with organic romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, chipotle cream salsa, cilantro & queso fresco.

Served with chips & their home made salsa. Add an order of a house frozen pomegranate Margarita (or two) and  I’d call that a Marvelous Monday.
