Japchae -Glass Noodle Stir Fry
You will need:
Potato starch noodle / Korean glass noodle
5-6 pieces of bok choy
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup sliced red / green pepper
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup mushrooms-(I used Enoki mushrooms)
2 chopped scallions
seasame seeds to garnish
For the sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp seasame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of black pepper
