Easy Pork Chops

You will need:

4 large pork chops

1 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

coat the pan with some olive oil

Optional- spice blend to add to bread crumb mixture

Pre heat oven to 400*

Coat Pork Chop in egg, coat all sides with bread crumbs and add into a baking dish that has been coated with oil. Bake until cooked through.
