The quick way to make your favorite sushi condiment at home!
For this recipe, it is best to use Japanese mayo that you can find at an Asian market. It has a smoother consistency and a mild vinegar flavor. If you cannot find it, you can use a store bought mayo, low sodium, low fat or a vegan mayo for this.
This is not the only way to make it- but it is super simple and packed all the flavor you love from your favorite sushi restaurant. I make this ALL the time and always have it in my fridge to add to sushi, dumplings and squeeze over everything from tacos to steak.
