For this recipe You will need:
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Thinly sliced red pepper
- Spinach leaves
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Tofu (marinated in soy sauce)
- Sliced avacado
- Chopped scallions
Feel free to substitute your own ingredients and use things like shrimp, crabstick, cilantro, vermicelli noodles, pickles, kimchi, or grilled chicken.
