Mango Lassi

This is my version of a Mango Lassi, with an added twist!

Cool and refreshing for summer!

You will need:

1 cup milk

1 mango, peeled and chopped

1 orange, peeled and chopped

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

dash of cinnamon or cardamon

1/2 cup frozen mango (optional -or substitute frozen banana)

Add ice, frozen mango and milk to blender. Blend until ice chucks are crushed. Then add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth
