Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Sooo good you can’t stop with just one. This recipe makes the softest, sweetest and chocolaty cookies! The key to this recipe is pulling the cookies out just slightly underbaked so they can continue cooking as they cool. You want the tops to still look slightly raw, and the edges slightly golden. Yank them out and let them sit.

You will need:
3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar ( I like dark brown for this)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 sticks of butter, softened
2 eggs at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate bar (like hersheys or dove)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) I used cashews for this recipe
Preheat oven 350* Cook 10-12 min
